Ezgi Fedai Associate

Ezgi is a Turkish citizen, educated at the University of Istanbul, Turkey (LLB), and has a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law with a focus on Data Privacy from Brunel University in London, England.

After completing her degree, Ezgi has conducted her internship at Dogus Holding, one of the largest conglomerates in Turkey. Ezgi has been involved in all internal legal matters including employment disputes, commercial contract reviewing, drafting as well as compliance matters. Having worked at one of the distinguished law firms in Turkey, she has broad experience and knowledge regarding Turkish law and related matters. Then she worked at one of the prestigious law firms in Dubai as a junior associate in their corporate department. She was mainly engaged with corporate law matters.

At Hamdan AlShamsi Lawyers & Legal Consultants, Ezgi is an Associate of the corporate department. The focus of Ezgi is drafting, reviewing, and amending various commercial contracts including, but not limited to, shareholders agreements, risk mitigation agreements, consultancy agreements, distribution agreements, and terms and conditions of business. Since joining the firm, Ezgi has also been involved in startup-related matters and assisted them to grow their business in line with UAE law.

Currently, she has been preparing for SQE exams in order to be admitted to the London Bar Association.
