Evgeny is a bilingual British national who holds a B.A. degree in Law and Business Studies from the University of Warwick, U.K. and aL.L.Min International Legal Practice (distinction) from the University of Law, London. Hehasalso successfully completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) at BPP Law School.

In his Of Counsel capacity at Hamdan AlShamsi Lawyers & Legal Consultants, Evgeny focuses on corporate structuring, private client and cross-jurisdictional agreements. He also possesses broad commercial and corporate M&Atransactional experience within property financing, private equity and venture capitalin the EU, UK and GCC markets.

Evgeny’s extensive international experience, regulatory knowledge and local counsel is highly regarded and sought after by multinational companies and private family offices in expanding their activities and operations to other industries and jurisdictions. • Advised a $150 million valued chauffeur ride-hailing app on expansion in the GCC market, including drafting of legal opinion, pre-series B equity raise terms and reviewing SPAs.
